Help, I am running Windows XP using Firefox as my browser. The other day my surge protector shut down my computer while I was on line. Now I am unable to save any images with the "save as" option by right clicking. I have tried installing the latest version of Firefox but no help. However if I use Internet Explorer the "save as" works ok. Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this problem ?

Win xp My Son's computer suddenly started to play all music and sound like an old record player in 33 1/3 rpm. I thought it was a virus. We scanned with Avg and Spybot and Lavasoft, but no help. His computer is an E machine about 2 years old. The next thing I figured maby it is the hard drive. Best buy had a 160mb drive on sale for $59 so we got one of those and did a new install of Win xp. Bingo everything was back to normal. So we then installed the old drive as the slave since he had all his music files on it. Again everything was normal for about a week. Now after about 2 hours of turning on the pc the music goes into slow motion. It doesn't matter what program we use to play the music with. Does anyone have a clue what is going on ?
