nope it doesn't gave me any messages or error code. i tried uninstalling and installing it still the same. maybe its my pc.

i did what you told me but still after i delete all the files and folders and then install it again it wont open just the same. this is my pc. is it my os or pc im not that savvy in computer though.

HI, can someone help me with my problem with this bluestacks emulator. my kids want to play android apps on pc so i install bluestacks in my pc but i cant lunch the app . can someone here please help me. much appreciated.
