Since I have not personally tested it on my own machine, I cannot give a definite answer. Unarchiver was recommended by my colleague. This program was recommended by me to extract/open iso file on mac.

If the Windows ISO image was opened by a tool,maybe this tool does not support Linux iso,such as Disk Utility app,it can open all iSO file but not Linux iso.
