i bought it as an ex display, it had no charger but i had a universal charger of my own which is samsung compatable and you and change the voltage as recuired, so i got the laptop cheap and went away happy. not so happy now though. i bought the charger last week for a hp laptop i have and it never got that hot whailst i used it on the hp, but an hour of using it on the samsung it is boiling hot. do you think it may just have devoloped a fault. do you no where i can get an original samsung charger from and not just a replica? sorry for so many questions.

just wondred i have been using a universal ac adapter to charge the laptop. i have just felt the box connected to it and it is burning hot. (to hot to hold for more than 5 seconds), now i have unplugged it it seems to be fine. could thas have stopped it working and if so how? i appreciate your help.

hi, i have just bought a new laptop its a samsung r70. the touch pad/mouse has stopped working, it was fine earlier but now i get nothing. i have made sure the touchpad is activated by pressing the fn key then f10 and its on? any ideas please help

officce it asks for the instalation cd disc 1 for office 1997. and 2007 was a trail and now it has expired i want to remove it but cant.

Hi i am trying to uninstall microsoft office 1997 and also 2007 but when try to do this from the control panel it asks for the original disc which i dont have for 1997 and 2007 was pre installed when i had my laptop but it says its not responding and i have to start the task manager to close ot. any advice?????????
