Having installed Win7 Home Premium upgrade version for Vista, I chose the 32bit disc and installed it, brilliant. I have now been told to install the 64 bit version from disc supplied because it will work faster. I need to know how please. Step by step would be good as I am not quite a silver surfer but nearly;) Kind Regards, Jenian

Wolfeymole, I think you could be right. So much for buying at Aldi in 2006. I have also done a traul on the net and find that this model/name is sold rebranded/renamed over and over again. This one is going for recycling. Can you advise on the next purchase for transfering Vids to PC please. Regards Ian

Hi, I am try to download my old vids to my PC using a 'Tevion dvd maker VS-USB2800D' and Roxio 9. I know i am connected to my VCR to PC ok as I can hear the sound when I am downloading thro' my PC but when it comes to playing back the downloaded vid file on the PC, I get pix but no sound??? My OS is win xp sp3. Any clues please. Kind regards Ian

Hi all, How do I connect my Aiwa vid recorder to my PC so I can record/download my old vids to DVD please. The connections on the Vid are 3 phono 'in' sockets at the front ( yellow, white and red). At the rear of the vid are 2 phono 'out' sockets (red and white) no yellow video socket and 2 scart sockets. The PC is only 9 mths old and on the sound card there is only the usual 3.5 jack sockets outlets. I have a Nvideo Geforce 8500 graphics card with 2 monitor outlets and a Svideo socket (will this be 'in'or 'out'). the software I have for video manipulation is 'Roxio Easy Creator 9) Thank you, Ian

I have purchased an 'Advent 4+1 port hub USB 2.00' from PC world. It works fine but when i come to shutdown the PC , one of the PC's CD drives light and the red processor ext light are left permanantly on, but the PC seems to be shutdown. Also a notification message from the task bar says 'Itwill run faster when connected to a USB 2.00 port' when i connect anything, but I know my PC has only USB 2.00 ports only. Can you help please. Ta So Much Installed belkin kvm switch about 3 weeks ago and works brilliantlly, thank you:). Please can you help with another problem! I have changed the drive letters to my 2 dvd optical drives on one of my PC's and now I cannot access them. They show that they are working correctly in device manager and I have uninstalled and reinstalled them with no success. Unfortunaitly I cannot remember the original drive letters. Regards Ian.
