lenovo lap top A9 2.4gh 4gb ram. it seems using task manager any time i launch an app the cpu flat lines at 100%, before I can trace what task is using the cpu it drops back to 12%. If I leave task manger open and scroll using the mouse the cpu again reaches 100% and drops back when I stop. If I leave the laptop on chrome and do nothing for a couple of minuets then attempt to open mail it will not and task manager shows 100% again. have av installed any help or is it me thanks
