Hi I have a pc which has started to have problems connecting to the internet. The connection is there when searching for wireless networks but just says acquiring network address and never can connect?? Any ideas how this can be resolved would be really appreciated Lj

Hi I have a spare dvd drive - no disk or manual tho! My current Dvd drive is abit tempramental in that once opened it goes crazy closing and opening at will!! Can i just take one out nd another in?? Cheers in advance Leej

yeh the external hd works fine just connected my camera and its not showing either on the camrera or pc that its connected?? strange!

all the usb icons are in device mgr and the extrenal hd has come up, will try another usb device ......

i have 2 usb ports and under Universal Serial Bus controllers I have 5 Intel USB universal host controllers and 5 usb root hub - should i try to uninstall all 10???

... they appear to have stopped functioning? - working ok yesterday and not today for the first time??

Hi I have tried to update each driver but it says hardware cant be updated as there isn't a better match than the software i already have. ......

hi i have had some problems with my pc over the last few months so around a month ago i took it to pc world to diagnose the problem that it kept freezing and saying theres a serious problem. the tech guys seemed to solve the probs and its been working ok for around a month but today looks like it has the problem again but now the machine wont even power up. i am trying to run the backup disk and it looks like its working but any ideas as to what this error may mean and any ways to resolve it? - PFN_LIST_CORRUPT ***STOP: 0X0000004E(0X00000002,0X0001530A,0X0005FF2F,0X00000800) ????:confused:

Hi I am trying to play video clips on wmp but they are really dark! I have just updated wmp to version 11 but the problem is still there any ideas how to sort ikt out? cheers

yeh everythings in securely that i can tell when i turn on the pc, the fans power up as usual but nothing comes on the monitor and the pc then starts beeping. ??
