I hope someone can help with this it is taking up so much time to try and resolve. I have Office 365 and use Outlook for my email, all has been well for a couple of years, I get regular updates from MS. About 10 days ago I found that: a/ all the sub folders under my Inbox folder had disappeared although they still exist in my BTmail if I access through a browser. b/ I can not delete any emails, (within Outlook) If I try I get "The operation cannot be performed because the object has been deleted" It could well be a self inflicted issue as I was trying to get Outlook onto my new mobile phone (unsuccessfully) but can not be sure of the timeline. Thanks in advance for any help, please try to keep to English as fa as possible, not tooo much tech speak OH - PC is an HP Laptop about 21/2 years old with a core 7 processor and SSD, I have no storage problems.
