  1. I do not understand this partin the brackets ? The first link Goku provided has the proper steps. Note that on that page it states you may have to install a display language. That cannot be done in Home Peremium. (But if English is already listed then you can change it) If English is already listed where ? Thanks again. John.
  2. Hi randyl , I have tried but windows vista keeps telling me it cannot be done. Ive tried several ways , but the option i want is not available. In the english part yes you can change it , but that only changes part of it . I spoke to the retailer and they also said i would have to upgrade to Vista Ultimate , or install a chinese version of windows. Windows tells me i must install LIP or MUI but this is only available for download for Vista Ultimate. The only other thing i can suggest is if you try and explain to me how to do it. I would be very grateful. Thanks again for your time. John.
  3. Thanks Goku :( Thanks for the links Goku , and thanks for removing my email , i did not think about it. Anyways i ahve found out that the Languages cannot be changed on Windows Vista Home Premium , it acn only be changed on Windows Vista Ultimate. I did try but failed  oh well , i guess ill have to buy a Chinese version when i get to China , and try and install it . But i have to learn Chinese first  Thanks again for your help. John.:)
