I searched for the 'folder' and could not find it Also it says i am on XP - that is for my laptop As i said before, my cousin has just given me his pc which is on Vista I have to say that anytime i ask for advice on this forum i always get talked down to. I'm not sure what you mean by 'Can't get into windows'??? After doing all the tasks from Mikes reply, internet explorer is now working but the error message still pops up whenever i start up the computer. I dont have the windows disk to do what Maynardvdm suggested.

I don't have the windows disk for the pc. My cousin gave it to me because he's gone to Thailand. Any other ideas?

Right i have literally just finished doing everything. Re-started my pc again and the error message is still there :confused::confused::confused:

Hi, i have just deleted some programmes off my pc (toolbars, random un-used programmes) Then i restarted my pc and now when it has started up windows a box appears saying "error loadin dll32" i cant get online on internet explorer or firefox. (I'm on the laptop now) Anyone got an idea what i could have done??? Thanks

All you have to do is type each one into the search, which i've done and it didn't find any of them. The spyware detection available on there is a scan only I'm beginning to think the only thing i could do is flatten the hard drive?

Ok, so i tried the link Daloharkin sent me and none of the files were on my pc. Also, re-reading Tootech's comment i realise my pc is not wireless. :confused:

With step 3 it didn't find the spyware protect 2009. Step 4 just wont run. I managed to download it but it wont let me run it, nothing happens when i double click it.
