speaker and webcam problem after reinstalling vista there is only ? opposite --PCI FLASH MEMORY [WHATEVER THAT IS --windows could not find driver --everything else is ok

had to renstall vista at request of microsoft as i could not install updates --since then apart from losing oher stuff neither speakers [get occasional click but no sound] nor Acer Orbicamera are functioning --but microsoft say its my problem? Anyone had similar on Acer Aspire5610 laptop.

i have a gmail account and it seems to b the most likely to accept lots of emals when i discover how to achieve that also have hotmail and yahoo

Having just acquired a new computer I have been trying to find a way[so far unsuccessfully] to either migrate e-mails to webmail [say gmail] from outlook ,outlook express or thunderbird OR to record them on dvd so that they are viewable on new computer
