  1. Thanks for the help guys. I took the 2gb DDR2 back, as it was only pc2 5300, and exchanged it for two 1gb DDR2 800 pc2 6400 pieces of RAM. Now the system, is running smoothly. Superb advice.
  2. Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but my problem could be incapability with the motherboard, so I thought this maybe the best place. I have tried to build a brand new pc for a friend, which isn't going to plan. the components are: Gigabyte S-series GA-P31-DS3L motherboard; Intel E2180 processor; 1 x 2gb DDR2 667 Ram; Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 graphics card; 250 Hitachi hard drive. Only after installing and going to plug the monitor into the VGA slot on the back of the motherboard, did I realise this specific one doesn't have one. I tried both slots of the graphics card, but still can't get a picture. I also tried the ram in each of the DDR slots, with no luck. Also the picture less pc runs for a random amount of time, before rebooting. Does anyone have any ideas how I could sort this, or if any of these parts are incombatible? Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
