  1. Yup Zone Alarm was the problem. Thanks for all your help. :D
  2. I am using Zone Alarm. What's the problem with the software? Thanks for the help.
  3. Ok. The main computer was the result for the ping shown above. It does not however ping Google. The laptop connects to the wireless fine and works fine. Is this a problem with windows?
  4. It's connected by Ethernet cable. The ping 192.168.1.1 returns: Pinging 192.168.1.1 with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 192.168.1.1 bytes=32 time=4ms TTL =255 Reply from 192.168.1.1 bytes=32 time<1ms TTL =255 Reply from 192.168.1.1 bytes=32 time<1ms TTL =255 Reply from 192.168.1.1 bytes=32 time<1ms TTL =255
  5. Today on our main computer the internet refused to work. I was even unable to connect to 192.168.1.1 (Router IP) to find the problem. I also tried our old modem, which did not work. All network connections seem to have a problem. However on this laptop, everything works as normal, connecting wirelessly and internet still works. I've reinstalled Intel VE\100 drivers and still nothing works. I think this is a operating system problem (Windows XP)... Any help?
