Whats the motherboard? sorry am bit of a novice?

System specs are Windows Vista basic 512 memory tiscali 1 meg broadband. Dell Dimension C521 I think Any other details you need?

Thanks Wolfie I avoid calling Tiscali at all costs, as it involves a LONG premium rate call to India ( You have to repeat everything you say ) However I think I will try to contact them via their website and request a new modem be sent free of charge otherwise I will change provider Thanks again

I have windows Vista home basic which I use on my Dell with 512 memory and tiscali 1 meg broadband What a disappointing time I have!! Cant browse the net now due to the error messages I put in the header. Any tips anyone? Also get EVERY error message no dial tone, plug cable into local area connection etc etc as frequently tiscali logs me out. Any tips? PC world say I need more memory for Vista? Do I? Happy to donate if you can help!!!!!
