  1. i hope i did it the right way when i right-clicked on the files in the quarantine folder and chose the delete option

  6. well i have 1 malware actually...no trojans or other virus infections
  7. yes i can...i can even get access to the files in the harddisk through the search option but i just can't get the direct access through the doubleclick
  8. yes, i lost access to my harddisk and would like to regain it
  9. it seems i somehow lost access to it. when i double click on it, it asks me to choose in the list of programs to open it. how can i regain access to it??help me plz
