    thanks right i took the RAM out and it beeps 6 times at the start when i turn it on now but still no picture on screen

    thanks for the help please keep it coming i have on board graphic card right now to get me up and start right now. i have took apart countless times and reconnected so all the connections are correct. CPU - AMD Athlon 64 x 2 MOBO - MSI K9N6GM-V RAM - DDR2-1GB-PC5300 (X2) PSU - 450w ATX450-12C :D thanks very much for the help Maynardvdm and Dalo Harkin

    hi, i have started a project of building a pc desktop and i bought all the parts from ebuyer i connected it all up and so on ect ect. now when i press the power on button on the case they fans start spinning the lights light up and everything seems to be working but the screen goes straight in to stand by and nothing happens, i get no writing on the screen what so ever. please help me resovle my problem.
