Is there a free down load I can use to find and restore deleted files as in lost work files?from XP?

Yes but to no avail and I dont have a XP CD :confused:

My pc fails to boot up in any mode as it says there is dll file missing or corrupt is there any way I can rescue the hard drive and the data on it. The pc is hp 1380 IMEDIA and as its own back up on the hard drive but as I can not get in to safe mode its useless unless some one here can help.regards xs

Hi I have replaced the watch type battery in my IBM R31 think pad and now have lost the bios settings the pc just runs a check asks me to start windows in the last known good setting moves as if windows is about to boot then a quick flash of the blue screen of death and back to a bios count down.is there a program I can use to reload this. regards Gaz

Hi is there a free down load that will remove this virus (anti virus 2008) from my sons Lap top he is 14 and getting a little tired of endless free scans only to find we need to enter secure details on what seems to be a well infected lap top is there a way out or any programs that we can use for free? kind regards xs
