Yes music CD's are playing fine. I got the Sims2 to work when I placed the CD in at a certain angle, but it is still very temperamental. Is it probably a fault with the specific CD then..?

I tried to play on the Sims2 just now, and my CD drive isn't recognizing the disk when i insert it. I tried it with another PC Game and it isn't finding anything either. Any suggestions? EDIT: Unreal Tournament is now working, but nothing happens when I enter the disk - no whirring or noises. And nothing at all is happening when i enter a Sims2 disk - it says "please ensure the correct disk is inserted, press ok, and restart application" It's the right disk :(

Sorry, so I need to download this "Spybot Search & Destroy" ? Where can I get it from? Do you have a link..? Thank you EDIT: Oh did you mean "Option 1-5" instead of "Step" ? So any of those programs should work..?

Hey guys. Sorry about this, but I am going out of my mind in frustration with my computer at the moment. It happens all the time, especially noticeable when I try to add an application or join a group on facebook. I click the button which says "Add Application" or "Join Group", it does a brief load, then nothing happens. Well, tell a lie, a "#" appears after the web address, and it doesn't do anything else. I keep trying to click on the link, and nothing happens. Can anyone tell me what is causing this and how to solve it? It happens literally, all the time, I can barely do anything! Please Help! Peter x
