Hi, W3TCRS counters error help!

Hi everyone, I'm a rookie IT/IM guy straight out of grad school working for Big Oil. One of the servers I'm working on is constantly giving me the errors described in this post: http://ms-os.com/showthread.php?t=41582 However, I am unable to post a reply for some reason to even see if the poster had any luck. Do threads get frozen after a certain amount of inactivity? Thanks all for reading!
