Re: Windows Services will not start Todd, we had the same problem with approximately 10 Exchange servers that we recently deployed. Intermittent freezes which typically occur during or immediately after a backup. We have not yet determined the root cause but we found that if we revert Symantec back to version 10D it stops the freezes. Give that a shot for now and I will post here when we find a resolution.
