hi my daughter has a toshiba laptop ,the numbers are on letters but she cant get the numbers off . i thought it was the num lock that would switch between letters and numbers but it makes no difference. its probably something very simple but we cant find out what to do ,any help is appreciated. thanks

this happens with all dvd and pc discs. in my computer it shows the drive being there but with nothing in it even when a disc is there

HI my pc does not recognise when i put a dvd or a pc disk in to the drive. this is a new problem, its happened in the past three days and i dont know whether its a physical problem with the drive or a software problem. please keep all answers reasonably simple, thank you for your help
