Re: Fix: KB951748/Zone Alarm - Loss of connectivity Hi All, I also tried this fix, and it didn't work for me either. Operating system is XP PRO. Had to uninstall KB951748 to regain internet connectivity. I believe that if you move the Zonealarm security from HIGH to MEDIUM it will also fix the problem
