Thank you Seth for your suggestions. I had already performed the Disk Check and I performed it again from the Start/Run as you suggested. The problem still occurs. I have also tried to boot in safe mode but nothing will do. My PC still freezes after a while. Any other ideas? Thank you.

Hello, I have a problem with my PC that started 2 days ago. It starts normally, I start working on my PC normally, then all of a sudden it freezes completely, letting me no other choice than to reboot. I have tried changing the rams, the VGA, removed all the network cards and sound card, changed the DVD-rom, but nothing changed. The problem remains and I started giving up. I am running on Windows XP, and my PC configuration are the following: MB Intel D850GB RDRAM Gateway 2 x 256 CPU Intel 2.8 VGA ST Lab Mx440ST Thank you for any suggestions.
