  1. Camcorder is digital I guess. Its a JVC Compact Super VHS Camcorder. It says Digital Signal Processing on the side of the camcorder.
  2. I didn't see it listed under hardware. How do I get it if you think I need it?
  3. Sorry to report that did not fix problem. But I think yea it might be something related to WMM. I tried using SonicMyDVD and was able to capture both video and audio. But I don't want to use it rather use WMM instead.
  4. I connected camcorder to pc with composite video/audio cable and had same problem, picture but no audio.
  5. I have it hooked with an S-video cable.
  6. When I am capturing video from my camcorder in Windows Movie Maker I see the video but hear no sound. My speakers work fine in other applications. I have a desktop HP Media Center 7160n. I am using Conexant Falcon II NTSC Video Capture and Realtek High Definition Audio on my computer. I have checked that both are enabled and have drivers installed and working. I think there must be a setting somewhere that needs attention. I am really a novice computer person so any suggestions, please be very specific. Thank you.
