thank you for your kindness gentleman i think i have a few problems,my searches get redirected 5 times and the programs are running very very slow if at all and things take ages to load or open which is very frustrating when try to talk to my elderly lady friends any help would be very much appreciated

good morning everyone , just joined and in great need of your experience im a vey young 70 year old who uses my computer for contact but lack the knowledge when it goes wrong so any help would be greatly appreciated many thanks in advance stephen
