Malware Hi Seth I printed out all the info you gave me and started to work on the fixes. However, Superantispyware wouldn't complete the download, so I went on to the Malware. After 5 1/2 hrs this was still running and I don't like leaving the computer on all night so I had to stop it. I will try again tonight and see if I can get right through it, or should I?

Hello Our computer at home, after being switched on Sunday evening, loads as far as the desktop, but then the following menu box appears: System Shutdown...NT Authority\System....DCOM Server Process Service Terminated. Windows must restart. When this comes up, it starts counting down from 60 seconds, then reboots and starts all over again, on a loop. What can I do? Thanks to anyone who can help
