  1. Hi I have lost the News command from Outlook 2003. I have tried using Outlook Help but the command still is lost. I have already followed the following Help advice: On the Tools menu, click Customize. If the menu you want to change is on a toolbar, make sure the toolbar is visible. http://office.microsoft.com/global/images/default.aspx?AssetID=ZA790050001033How? In the Customize dialog box, click the Toolbars tab. Select the check box for the toolbar you want to display. In the Customize dialog box, click the Commands tab. In the Categories box, click a category for the command. Drag the command you want from the Commands box and, without releasing the mouse, rest it over the menu you want to change. When the menu displays a list of commands, point to where you want the command to appear, and then release the mouse. Any suggestions you can make to restore my News command will be much appreciated. Thanks Killid
  2. Hi Wolfeymole, You were spot on. Cleaned out all the inside including the fluffy cpu fan. All seems to running well now. Thanks for your help. To all the rest of you who sent suggestions thanks for all your efforts. I will be removing the AVG software as suggested. A great forum and PC resource. Keep up the good work. David
  3. Hi Wolfeymole Thanks for the quick response to my query. I will have a good cleanout at the weekend and let you know what happens. Thanks Killid
  4. Hi I am having an ongoing problem with my computer freezing then having to be restarted. I am using XP Proffesional. I have tried running various software to remove the problem, but every time I use them, the computer automatically restarts before the end of the scan. The software I have tried includes Avg, Super Antispyware, Avira Antivir PE, Malwarebytes, SmifraudFix, Ad Aware and ESET online scanner. I did have Spybot installed but I removed it a few weeks ago. The ATF cleaner seems to work OK. All advice will be most welcome. Thanks D
