Hi there. My isp is virgin media and i have tried downloading thier free pc guard which come with my package and this is the message that i get: the application encountered an error while contacting the server. Please ensure your computer is conneced to the internet. My compter IS connected to the net. And I have phoned virgin up and they cannot help me, as they say there r no probs with it. But also i tried downloading some free security eg AVG etc and get the same message, and i have tried downloading Google Chrome and Firefox and the same messsage apperars, i cannot update eg update to internet exploere 8. P>S AS off this problem i have no security on my pc:mad: :mad: :mad: What can i do??????? Thanks in advance Charlie
