  1. Yes I did. I ran regedit and deleted all remnants of it.
  2. I wasn't really having a problem with Outlook. I just don't care for the software. It's much easier to delete and block with Windows Live mail.
  3. windows live mail I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no luck. Stilloccasionally won't open. Sure wish someone had a cure.
  4. I downloaded Windows Live Mail because I was having problems with Outlook. It works great except occasionally, I click on it and it won't open. Then I am forced to revert to Outlook. Any suggestions?
  5. Hey, Thanks for all the responses on my inquiry. I did a ctrl f11 restore and of course lost everything. The reason I was concerned is, I had some sensitive material, ( no, not porn ) on my pc and wondered if it was erased or still on here somewhere. I have a Dell XPS 400. Tom
  6. restore Hey, Thanks for the help Seth. If I do a complete factory restore, are my old files deleted or put somewhere? Tom
  7. I would like to know what happens to the data you have on your computer whn you do a ctrl F11 restore. Is it deleted, stored somewhere, or what. Thanks, Tom
