hi the computers mem is 1014 ram do you know of certain built in programs that the pc come with that i could remove for more mem ive removed the ones i put on it that i dont use by the way what is silverlight and lightscribe programs i have on my system. leigh

hi i have windows home basic and i was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the windows welcome centre and movie maker and maybe calender and also live messenger you see i dont use any of these. i know about removing from control panel but these programs are not in the add remove programs unless they go by a name i wouldnt know what im trying to do is recover more memory any ideas please help.:mad:
