hello all im very green when it comes to computers so i hope somebody out there can help my pc started of by turning itself off as soon as it came on to desktop ive now managed to keep it on but now programs wont open or will just keep getting random warnings appearing on screen like nt authority system needs to close.. ive looked into this and seemed it might be blaster worm but having managed to download a removal tool it searched and came back having found nothing ive run my norton antivirus and bt yahoo anti spy but all come back clean i also have ewido but it will only get half way through checking then all of a sudden it closes itself. i did find a thread somewhere that stated it could be a faulty chip on one of my memory boards but im no good with computers so does this sound like a cause for my problem i get these messages popping upon on a regular basis dwwin.exe failed 0xc0000142 dwwin.exe failed 0xc0000005 dw20.exe failed 0xc0000142 matcli.exe failed 0xc000012d firefox.exe failed 0xc0000142 iexplore.exe failed 0xc06d007e regcure.exe failed 0xc0000142 god it doesnt look good to me with all these errors i havent installed any new programs or removed any old ones its just started doing all this on its own hope all this info helps looking forward to some help PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!:eek:
