Hi this is Richard from the U.S.A. and I need some help with my desktop computer.Every time I turn my computer on I am looking at my screen and all my desktop icons appear then soon dissapear and I get several error messages such as: This system is shutting down.This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM then I would see a message saying (engine dll) is incompatible or damaged also EAccessviolation,DLL failed and message The system process C:\WINDOWS\system32\services.exe terminate unexpectedly with status code 1073741819 the system will now shutdown and restart.I will also see a message saying windows failed to load inspector library 'C:\ProgramFiles\BigFix\Inspectors\Inpect.dll' and hot key failed.Please help me if you can because I dont know a whole lot about computers as far as problems that happen to them such as I am having.
