  1. My Windows 10 laptop all of a sudden went black. No error messages, it just went black all of a sudden. I tried to reboot but it still didn't work. How do I resolve this? Any suggestions?

  6. It may sound silly to tell you this but why not update your dad’s laptop Wi-Fi driver? This might solve the problem of connection. Or switch the Wi-Fi adapter off and then on again. Sometimes, it can solve the issue and the laptop might connect again.
