I put in windows vista update but loads came up and I don't know which it is I need I'm not very good at this sort of thing Forgot to say this problem only started about 3-4 weeks ago I never had a problem before

yes its internet explorer that crashes. Sometimes if I keep restarting internet explorer and retrying eventually I can get on the link. Its not just on one site it is on any site i go on. I've just tried using firefox and don't have the same problem so it must be something to do with my internet explorer

Hi My problem is when I am on my OH's laptop if I clck on a link to another site then my internet crashes and restarts. The laptop is on a wireless connection and we are on sky internet. My son has exactly the same laptop and it is also on the wireless connection to the same router but he doesn't have the same problem. Can anyone help please
