sorry i meant to say pc guard is fully un-installed

using windows firewall and pc guard has been fully installed If I cant resolve this problem I will try a system restore tomorrow as I am watching tv now and going off line many thanks again Ann

I have been here before and the problem was in pc guard but I am now on avira and I cannot find where the privacy settings on there The settings on i.e are correct ann

When I used to go on a favourite site my pc used to remember my login details and password but since the engineer fitted a new battery in my motherboard this is not happening I run windows vista on i.e Can you help? Regards Ann

Thank you for all your help. I have solved the problem with autocomplete. It was in pc guard privacy. I am now going to uninstall pcguard and install Avast and Comodo. Once again many thanks Ann

Eventhough I tick the remember me boxes the programs do not automatically fill in the box and I have to login everytime I enter the site. Could it be something on my antivirus? I have telewest pc guard. The problem only started a week ago Many Thanks Ann
