Greetings everyone, please allow me to introduce myself! I have spent 25 years in the IT industry and fully intend to be an active "helper" on this site. I presently work as an IT Support Manager for a small business and (like many others around here, I guess) augment my income by way of fixing peoples PCs during my spare time. Strengths: Any bit of software with Microsoft written on it Broken PCs, to component level Virii, malware, spyware destruction Weaknesses: Macs (played with them 20 years ago, that's about it) Linux (only really familiar with the Ubuntu distro) To top this lot, I'm also a Microsoft Office Master Instructor!
