Hi guys, Ive got a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA cd/dvd- drive and in the device manager it's got a little yellow exclamation mark on it. in the description it says "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)". When i put a cd or dvd in it starts spnning and you can hear the drive working but then it just stops. The drive also doesnt show up in "Computer" at all. I recently installed some vista updates and ive heard that can cause some problems. however, ive already been to the microsoft help pages and changed what they suggested in the registry. Nothing changed. I really hope you can help me cos I really dont know what to do anymore :( Thanks! xxx
