Please help. Every document I create saves as read only. I try to change the attributes it tells me it's changed then goes back to read only. I have found 1 way of clearing this problem though, if I change attributes then open a document, type anything , save it ,close it , the read only stays off. But I have a lot of documents and it will take forever to do this to every one of them. Any hope or help?

Hi, I am a complete thick head with some of the simplest computer things. So you will probably hear a lot from me!! Thanking everyone in advance for ALL the help you'll be giving me. I may be able to help someone too, as I do remember most of the solutions to my problems...and iv'e had a few!!
