  1. Thanks BSchwarz already tried all of the above, the driver I received from Digitech was their absolute newest not even on public release yet(tried all the previous versions). As I said ive been at this for weeks and I aint giving up yet! Any ideas welcomed... Thanks Colin
  2. Having installed the librarian software for my Jamman stereo loop pedal, there is a yellow exclamation mark in the device manager that means the usb driver for this device is not installed. I have tried uninstalling all the drivers in ' sound video and game controllers' and uninstalling drivers in 'usb devices' and tried to install this driver without success. I successfully installed the software and driver on my friends similar Windows 7 computer so it must be my os that is at fault. I also updated all the drivers on my computer(including chipset) to the latest versions using Driver genius. Ive exchanged many emails with Digitech tech support but they've given up on me. Does anyone have any ideas why my os wont allow me to install this driver(it works fine on my friends computer). Im using Windows 7 professional 64bit sp 1, the computer is Intel core i-7, asus psx79,32gig ,solid state drives Any help would be greatly appreciated,I've spent weeks trying to fix this,Thankyou
