Hi polo, thanks for your response, i think its windows 9 i uninstalled and replaced with 11 and done both the things you mentioned to both. i am a novice but i think i recall at one stage it was being used by another computer though dont see how that could be right

Hi all, Bit of a rookie on pc's and new to this site so please have patience. When i go to windows media the task bar shows but media wont appear it just stays on desktop, had this prob for a week now. Just dont know how it happened please help
