i already tried that 2 times earlier today when i saw it in other posts. It didn't work...

Hi~ I have this problem where the computer can't locate my hard disk drive, and it isn't in disk management either. I know it's working because i can hear the drive trying to boot up when i put a cd in, however nothing comes up. When i go to device manager its says that something is wrong with the HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T20N ATA Device. When i click on it, it says device cannot start. (code 10). any help?? thanks, much appreciated.
