beeceebee the prob is code 39 so it says answer to you does not say enethnk as not there in computer

i brought acer laptop an everthink was fine till a month latter an my cddvdrwrom stopped workinan com says cddvdrom is not there or drivers as i dont know mutch carnt sort the problem
