    When i set up the adapter i had to put in the key as supplied by the hub provider and it shows on the screen as connected

    Yea allready done that , the netgear usb connects to the hub fine , just cant get on explorer when i click on it

    OK HAVE CHECKED THAT AND EVRYTHING IS AS PER YOUR DIAGRAM BOTH Internet protocol version 6 {TCP/IPv6} Internet protocol version 4 {TCP/IPv4} are checked

    i have just reloaded Vista buisess on to my desktop , i have also loaded a netgear wireless - g adapter which recognises my main bt hub and connects but when i go to try and connect to the internet through internet explorer or firefox it wont connect dont know wot to do next
