  5. Ive always had 2 hard drives, ive searched thru both of them aswell and theres no sign of the games,
  6. Ive tried cleaning all the discs and they all look in mint condition, ive got all 3 versions of the game and ive borrowd two of my mates to see if it was mine that had either been scratched or just ernt working, surely 5 discs wouldnt all be too scratched to read? as for the drives,im not to clued up on pc's but i have 2 hard drives, c drive d drive and the LOTR game is showing as "LOTRBFRM (E:) lotrbfme = LORD OF THE RINGS BATTLE FOR MIDDLE EARTH. Cheers for ur help on this one. im not sure if anything could be utilising d? its just got a load of tunes on and pictures.
  7. There all genuin discs. i have the serial numbers for all of them. Its weird, all my other games work, just seems to be these EA ones?
  8. Nothing happens when i double click it, but when i right click and run as admin, it comes up with this message, "a problem occured when trying to transfer the file 'E:\AutoRun.exe' from the media. "do you want to retry to copy the file,or cancel the instalation?" when i press rety the same message comes up.....
  9. I can hear the disc spinnign and the sand-timner comes up as if its going to load up but it doesnt, Its shows up in my computer, and i can open it and explore the disc but cant seem to get it to load up so i can install....
  10. Its defo not installed on the computer, ive just checked everywhere for them, there not on my c or d drives, and they dont show up in my add/remove programs, ive tried searching for anything to do with LOTR which i might have to either delete or change to help me but i cant find a thing, its defo not the cd's aswell as ive borrowed 2 of my mates LOTR games, so the chances of 5 games not working surely mean theres sumthing wrong in my pc? thansk for your help and replys so far.
  11. I have all the LOTR Lord of the rings games for the pc, recently i have had an urge to play them all again, so i decided to re-install them back on to my computer, the thing is, when i put the cd's in, nothing happens, it doesnt auto-install, ive tried double clicking on the icon in my computer but still nothing, ive been told by a mate that it could be because ive already had them installed and the computer thinks i dont have to re-install them again? have u any ideas on what i can do to re-install these. cheers. All other games are loading fine, it just seems to be the LOTR games which arnt loading?
