Hi all, May I introduce myself as a OAP who suffers from senior computer moments especially as my Dell Inspiron 1501 is just over a year old and, somewhat cynically remark, it has just started giving problems. No I did not go for the extended warranty and find that free advice is not available from the manufacturer! Anyway I hope that by joining you a wealth of experience may banish my computer blues.
