that faild to. service pack 3 windows media center edition 2005 i did contact them by email and got a email back saying they have gone bust. no i never used a disk

i click Disk Management and it comes up saying the dependency service or group failed to start. its a desktop computer im trying to do it because i downloaded a server pack from microsoft and it down craded my pc to 2002 when it shoud be 2005

where would i find the model and number of my iqon pc? i used to start the proccess by pressing f10 when turning on my pc. i dont no wat u mean by dose it show in disk management. im using windows xp media center edition 2005

i have a iqon pc which comes with a recovery system but it no longer works for some reason how could i get it to work again.
