hi there, our problem is our connection is being hacked by one of our kindly neighbours and i'm seriously fed up with it. i've searched other forums and have received some advice on how to encrypt our connection ,the problem is that it works, but only sort of; it doesnt show up as being secure , and more importantly we get a message saying we have "limited connectivity " and cannot access the net.the only remedy seems to be to turn the security off . please please please help before i go completely mad!! it would really help if you could try to explain things in words of one syllable as i am only barely computer literate. many thanks p.s. we are using windows xp home edition, tesco is our isp and the wireless router is a philipps 6500.
