    Hi There Just tried safe mode and I have also tried the last know good config still no joy. Any other ideas? Many Thanks

    They do not come up in the add or remove programme. They are in the programme section but no where else. Everytime I try to access a word file it states that I need to install the programme. But Ive not unistalled it in the forst place AHHHH!

    Hi My Lap top yesterday uninstalled all of my programmes. I have my personal files but the likes of Skype and Microsoft Office has uninstalled its self. I have tried a system restore and an error occures each time. Has anyone got a sugestion THANKS
