  1. Hi, not sure where to post this. On my desktop page i have an Active Desktop Recovery message saying that windows has experienced an unexpected error and has turned off my active desktop. All the icons for internet, email etc are missing as well. There is an option to restore but when this is selected it just tells me that thereis an internet script error and wont go any further. Also running quite slowly and takes ages to start up. Anyone any ideas please. Many thanks Jo :o
  2. Thanks so much - i've done exactly what you have suggested above and the malware has been removed and my computer seems quite a bit quicker as well. I've switched my Kaspersky back on - how often should i run the Anti-Malware and Superantispyware and when I run them do I need to disable Kaspersky?? Many thanks again for all the advice, I love love love this site!!
  3. not sure if this means anything either - when the window first opens I can see in the bottom bar that the page that intially opens is login.tracking101.com but when the actual page displays it is an advert.
