I am using Virgin Media Antivirus. I don't know what the problem is. Im kinda new at this so its hard to understand things

Big Problems With Microsoft I have had alot of problems with Microsoft lately. For some reason I can not download anything from their website. I tried downloading Windows Defender but that just seems not to work, everytime I try it just loads up a blank page. I also can't seem to download Flash Player aswell because it says my hard drive is too full even though it isn't. When I click on Windows Update on my computer, that doesn't seem to work either, it jsut loads up Google. I haven't got a clue what is happening. Someone PLEASE help its starting to get very annoying now. Thanks

Everytime I try install Flash Player it says my hard drive is too full. However I have two hard drives and they both have enough memory on them 47% and 98%. I have Internet Explorer 7 but nothing seems to be working at all. I also installed the lastest Java but when I go onto internet options onto advance it says Java requires restart, I have done this but still it keeps saying this. Can someone please help.
